Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 large cooking pot

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium Idaho Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into quarters about 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Oat Milk unsweetened
  • 8 cup Water to boil the potatoes in

Instructions
 

  • Place 1/4 cup of Oat Milk in a large mixing bowl and set aside
  • Wash and peel 5 medium Idaho Russet potatoes
  • Cut potatoes in 1-inch x 2-inch pieces
  • Add 8 cups of water to medium to large pot place cut potatoes in water
  • Turn heat to heat once the water starts to boil cook for 12 minutes
  • Drain water and place potatoes in the large mixing bowl with oat milk
  • Whip the potatoes using a mixer and serve
