Place potatoes in a large stock pot and cover with water. Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain and place into large bowl.
Add Earth Balance butter and soy milk, and roasted garlic. Mix well with a mixer until a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
