
Lisas Cauliflower Steaks with Cilantro Sauce
These are a great tasting entree or a side dish! Add Lisa's Cilantro sauce for a great tasting entree or side.

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head vertically sliced 1-inch sections
- 1/4 cup Lisa's cilantro sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut cauliflower vertically into 4 inch thick slices.
- Place all 4 pieces on non stick cooking sheet.
- Place all 4 pieces in oven for 15 mins.
- Divide Lisa's cilantro sauce into 4 parts, and drizzle over the top of the cauliflower, or place under the cauliflower and serve.
