Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves garlic chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp ginger root fresh, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger ground
  • 3 cups broccoli heads chopped
  • 3 cups cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped rounds
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 1 14oz can bean sprouts drained and rinsed
  • 4 oz dry whole wheat spaghetti noodles Brand: Tinkyada chopped into 2 inch pieces, follow package instructions
  • 1/2 cup Dave's Teriyaki Sauce •••••Click link for recipe
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth •••••Click link for recipe
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 Tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of ginger and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in a large pot on medium heat until soft (about 2 minutes).
  • Add the ground garlic powder and the ground ginger and make a paste.
  • Quickly add broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and celery.
  • Stir fry to coat about 1 minute.
  • Add vegetable broth and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients to the pot.
  • Add Dave's Teriyaki Sauce and continue to cook until vegetables are crisp and tender.
  • Top with 1 tsp sesame seeds per serving and serve.
