
Jerrys Kitchen Sink Medley
Ingredients
- 2 15oz can diced tomatoes NO Calcium Chloride
- 2 15oz can chickpeas
- 1 15oz can black beans
- 1 whole yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 whole red bell pepper diced
- 1 large carrot diced
- 3 stalks celery diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke Brand: Wright's
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
